This Refund Policy applies to paid Patron memberships on Comic Book Roadmap. Payments and refunds are processed by our third-party payment processor.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Patron membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just contact us and we will arrange it - no complicated hoops.
2. Renewals and cancellations
Patron is a recurring subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page or via the link in your payment receipt. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed after that.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun, except where required by law. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us promptly and we will review your request in good faith.
3. How to request a refund
Send a request through our feedback page with the email address used for the purchase, or reply to your payment receipt email. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
